Pnc is the worst bank to ever deal with. Customer service does not care at all about the safety of your accounts what so ever. I will never deal with this bank again. I will stop anyone tell every person I can. Do not deal with pnc. Do not trust this bank.

The waiting is ridiculous and unnecessary. Also, I'm not here for small talk. I want to handle my banking business and that is it. Not discuss the weather. Perhaps if the excess chatting would stop people wouldn't wait 30 minutes.
I had the pleasure of meeting with Anna R.- she was absolutely wonderful and why I had an amazing experience when I went to get my card re-printed. Could not recommend coming here enough, 10/10
