The waiting is ridiculous and unnecessary. Also, I'm not here for small talk. I want to handle my banking business and that is it. Not discuss the weather. Perhaps if the excess chatting would stop people wouldn't wait 30 minutes.
I had the pleasure of meeting with Anna R.- she was absolutely wonderful and why I had an amazing experience when I went to get my card re-printed. Could not recommend coming here enough, 10/10
I discovered CREDIT KARMA, and they offered me debt consolidation to save some money because of the lower interest rate. I applied on OneMain Bank, and a few hours later, PNC Bank contacted me to inform me that my application had been denied. What? I recall some people telling me that PNC Bank was sinking. I believe PNC Bank never let me borrow.
Anna Rodriguez and Manager Devon (at the fruitville pike branch) were so helpful. Assisted all my needs with kindness and went above and beyond! Highly recommend this bank and especially this branch!
