Pnc is the worst bank to ever deal with. Customer service does not care at all about the safety of your accounts what so ever. I will never deal with this bank again. I will stop anyone tell every person I can. Do not deal with pnc. Do not trust this bank.

The waiting is ridiculous and unnecessary. Also, I'm not here for small talk. I want to handle my banking business and that is it. Not discuss the weather. Perhaps if the excess chatting would stop people wouldn't wait 30 minutes.

I discovered CREDIT KARMA, and they offered me debt consolidation to save some money because of the lower interest rate. I applied on OneMain Bank, and a few hours later, PNC Bank contacted me to inform me that my application had been denied. What? I recall some people telling me that PNC Bank was sinking. I believe PNC Bank never let me borrow.
