My husband applied for a small personal loan (actually refinancing the one we already have)so we could consolidate a debt. Mind you, a small loan. This was yesterday, August 11at around noon. PNC is the worst bank I have ever banked with in my entire life. We moved, changed numbers to have a local area code since we have a business, when we changed our numbers we could no longer access our mobile banking. Called 800 number to have the numbers updated, because they have no other way to receive a code to access account other than by phone (email not allowed).
