I use these ATMs quite often. On two separate occasions in the last few months the ATMs failed during the withdrawal transaction, and I have been left with the burden of either withdrawing double the amount and/or having to wait 24 hours for a dispute. That is unacceptable. Some people cannot afford to make double withdrawals because your ATMs don't work properly. That is one of the few jobs of this location so it's PNCs responsibility and liability to service the machinery. It is beyond frustrating. You can do better.
I went in there with a situation and one of the staff members helped me. He immediately brought me into his office and took care of my issue. I'm very grateful.
If you want efficiency, go to another branch. This branch has no teller counter; all transactions are made at a desk with a chatty banker. I had to deposit three checks which the ATM called "invalid". It took almost 10 minutes. I appreciated her attempts to make small talk. But I don't go to a bank to make friends.
