Total pic customer service not good. They can’t resolve customer problems.
Worst branch I've been to. The assistant that was providing Override to the teller I was working with was extremely rude and snobby to the poor girl. Also, I placed an order for a withdrawal on Monday and was told I can pick up the money on Wednesday. When I came on Wednesday I was told they canceled the order because when they called me on Tuesday to confirm that I still wanted it I didn't pick up. I was at work.
