A GREAT bank branch great service people where very helpful thanks again.
Not enough tellers! He wasted my time by moving to fast and not listening to what I was trying to tell him. All I needed was a check cashed! Now I will waste more time by going back to person who's the one on the account has to write me a new check! Thanks for nothing!
Avoid this bank. They are slow.
I have been a director of customer care centers for 19 years & I have NEVER come across such incompetence & bad customer service as with the Older Banker Woman in the first office on the right when you walk in. She has NO IDEA what she is doing & when another young lady banker came in to interrupt her ignorant rant of incorrect information she shooed the young banker away! with "go away, I know what I'm doing".
