I have been a director of customer care centers for 19 years & I have NEVER come across such incompetence & bad customer service as with the Older Banker Woman in the first office on the right when you walk in. She has NO IDEA what she is doing & when another young lady banker came in to interrupt her ignorant rant of incorrect information she shooed the young banker away! with "go away, I know what I'm doing". Been here twice. Twice to withdraw some cash with a teller. Twice it has taken them over 20 min to do a simple transaction. Subpar service.
