Bueno les cuento que no quiero ver este banco en mi vida , segunda vez que habro una cuenta con ellos y me la cierran sin previo aviso ni un email, un mensaje , una llamada ,nada si yo no voy al banco a hacer un deposito no me entero de que me habian cerrado la cuenta . Pero peor que no me dejaron sacar mi dinero de la cuenta y me dijeron que tenia que esperar un cheque que iban a enviar y las razones se las reservan , realmente es una falta de respeto muy grande hacer esto por que ellos no saben para que necesitas tu dinero... read more

1/24/24 Came in branch to get a replacement debit card for my business checking account. Two bank employees who did not have customers had me waiting 8n the lobby for over 30 minutes. These two employees walked around and socialized with each other as I waited for help in the lobby. This level of unprofessionalism needs to be addressed. Business customers shouldn't be left waiting in the lobby by bank employees who ate not helping customers.
