Last week I had Shore Transit drop me off at this Bank to use the ATM. They had to leave me and return in an hour and a half. It only took me 5 to 10 minutes at the ATM. So I stood in between the doors but not in the lobby for 30 minutes. I'm disabled and using a walker. But I think it was a manager and a security guard who came and asked me did I want to sit down. Terrible. Once a month I make a mortgage payment and each month I have to show them how to read the acct number with their own payment slip. Rude staff in its entirety
If you want to sit in long back up lines for a teller or go inside and wait forever this branch is for you. They only ever have one teller working. The atm’s never work. Seems to be a common trend with all the PNC’s in the area.
I called and made an appointment at PNC Civic Avenue. Not only was the agent late, but there was someone ahead of me. So was he late for that guy or did they just ignore my time and figure I’d wait. Unfortunately, I’m not on a salary and I lose money when people don’t keep their appointments. If I could give 0stars I would. I’m bank shopping now.
