Terrible establishment on answering phone and getting them to service a load they did is a joke

Absolutely terrible. I came in because I needed to print out bank statements from last year. The manager named nighferl or something said none of the bankers know how to print statements. I’m sorry WHAT?! How are you hiring employees that don’t even know how to print bank statements? Are you serious? This is ridiculous! He said all 3 of the bankers that are working don’t know how to print statements? Biggest clown show. Do not go to this BRANCH. They are all lazy and uneducated in the most basic requirements.
More often than not, neither of their atm machines are working when I visit this branch. It doesn't matter the day of the week or time of day, chances are, the atm machines will both be not working
