I was very pleased, I had problems with my checking and savings accounts. Mr. Ralph cleared everything up for me. I didn't get her name, but the teller was great too.
Needed a new atm card again. So I stopped at the desk/kiosk as before. The teller working the kiosk ignored me... So, went through teller line, waited my turn only to be directed back to the kiosk to wait again. Nice customer service PNC. Your locations are nolonger convenient after you closed my local branch. Its becoming more inconvenient to bank with you.
I love these guys!!! I'm always in and out super fast and everyone always greets me welcomingly. You guys rock! P.S. there are lines everywhere you go!
Terrible establishment on answering phone and getting them to service a load they did is a joke
