Chris was awesome. Needed to deal with some account fraud and the Venice PNC wouldn’t give us the time of day. This location is great and provides great customer service. Thanks again Chris!
I’ve been with PNC for 15 years and recommended another person to open checking with them. Was weary after seeing some of the reviews BUT we sat down with Chris and it was a great experience overall. Chris was kind, patient, and answered all of our questions. They do have a card machine so you can get your debit made at the branch.
It was not a great experience at this location. Teller was new. And that was ok, as she was super polite. But the manager would greatly benefit from some customer service training seminar.

On June 2024, I arrived at this branch to withdraw money from my account. I walked inside of the lobby and I was greeted by an employee, who was very professional. I told him the reason why I was there and I walked towards a counter to retrieve a withdrawal form. The employee at the podium and I continued to talk while I filled out the savings withdrawal form.
