1/13/2025 - Focus on the customer that made an appointment, arrived on-time and was in the process of their request. You don’t leave and cater to a spastic rude idiot that comes into the bank demanding service because they’re in a hurry. You then have the audacity to lie (no balls) and say it took so long because you made a mistake imputing my information and that’s what took so long. THE WORST BANK I HAVE EVER HAD, FOR A YEAR I WAS TRYING TO INCREASE MY FICO CREDIT HISTORY, AND THIS INSTITUTION FOR NO REASON THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT PRE-DELETED NOTICE TWO MONTHS AGO THEY BLOCKED ME AND I REALIZE IT BY MY FICO REPORT, TERRIBLE BANK. THERE IS NO SOLUTION. "THEY TOLD ME JUST LIKE YOU CLOSE THE ACCOUNT, WE CAN DO IT TOO."
