07/17/2026. PNC Bank, Creekwood Financial Center, 7366 52nd Place East A1-P462-01-1, Bradenton, FL 34203, Rober Van Amberg (Branch Banker), was rude and unprofessional to me as a customer. I asked to speak to the Branch Manager, Mike Levesque, or Regional Manager, Michelle Morris but was denied. I asked for information about my account, different type of accounts, fees to be waived for a 62-year-old senior, checks, debit card, high yield interest accounts (0.01% interest, no good), etc. I will NOT be banking with PNC anymore... read more
Nasty, rude, condescending and for no reason as the bank manager kept insisting my son needed to have BOTH a state ID and a drivers license to open an account, which we tried to explain to her, would be ILLEGAL to possess according to Florida state law. The bank manager Kristy and her extremely rude assistant, Cara REFUSED to give me a) a print out of the ID requirements and b) a phone number for the corporate offices.
