Arrived here at 3:55 p.m. and pulled off in the Drive-Thru at 4:20 p.m. I had one deposit I needed to make and it took them that long to make that deposit hire more people for the tellers and the drive-thru
The bank Tellers, Loan Officers & Information Desk are great, polite and helpful. However, if you're looking for assistance with your IRA, which is now handled by PNC Wealth Management, you would be better assisted by calling the bank & locating another agent. The one in the Fox Run branch is RUDE, ARROGANT, SNIDE, NOT HELPFUL - ADD OTHER INSULTS TO A PERSON WITH 'JUST AN IRA' and not a lucrative trading account. If I had been a newcomer to PNC, my assets would be located elsewhere.
I came into Pnc to fix an issue with an account i had accidentally tapped into. Long story short there was nothing we could do and i had to have a court order by a judge to fix my issue. Daryl Phin went above and beyond for me and figured out a solution to fixed my problem. Truly appreciate his drive to figure this all out for me.

I went I'm to transfer money today with my son and met the teller named Hannah. And liked what I saw.and would love to get to know her more. She was very polite and had a pretty smile.
