I called to inquire about notary service. I was kept on hold for 16 mins and hung up. Latwr when i was calling they were not picking up. I hope the bank manager reviews my comments and take action appropriately. Because its not seems reliable to have accunts with banks who don’t know how to do basic things. This place will do everything possible to not help and blame it all on “their system”. People here are trash.
Been with PNC since 2011 at other branch. Recently transferred account to this branch. Bankers of this branch don't know what overdraft protection is as employees of the bank. Even the branch manager does not care for customer to meet in person or talk over the phone. Customers be aware, what they say and do aren't same.
Most of the tellers are very friendly. I asked the branch the policies for ordering boxes of coins. Only stated they come in on Fridays and bring back wrapped. Brought in a thank you card and two dozen doughnuts in appreciation. Moved up to two boxes a week and suddenly they won't order any more... at all. If there was an issue, communitcation would have been nice. Stephanie (Supervising teller) accessed the vault weekly and was never very friendly. Very disappointed as it reflects on the entire bank.
Had an issue with my account Went to the Fox Run Office and was helped by Daniel. Cannot say enough good things about him. He was kind and considerate and fixed my issue in a very short time. Daniel is a great asset to PNC
