The PNC Bank was great. Tyler Tulowitsky and Bancroft I Fisher II were very helpful. Any question I had asked they had an answer for and answered in a timely manner. I don't have a lot of time on my hands so finding a bank open on Sunday morning is very difficult. Thank you very much.
I don’t usually write reviews but I felt compelled to write one after my experience tonight with Lacresa at this branch in Giant on concord pike. Not only was she efficient and her customer service was incredible but she was so kind and compassionate towards me as a person. I was in such a bad mood prior to coming to the PNC and I left in a much better mood after spending just a few minutes with her. Nice NASTY! This was the WORST SERVICE I’ve ever gotten in my adult life. I called this PNC branch because I receive a check for $3,500 that was drawn from PNC. They told me that the amount was too large for them to cash because it was a smaller branch. I asked if I could simply open an account so that I can deposit... my fear was that I’d wait longer for it to clear if I took it to my credit union. She said sure.
