I used my online bank card on their ATM and I forgot to take it out, when I came back someone took it, I called the bank and they said if someone brings it in, they won’t give it to me because i am not a member of their bank, never going to a PNC BANK BRANCH, or especially opening an account
awful service and unhelpful employees. truly the worst of banking angela in particular is abysmal at even the most basic tasks for extended periods. overall if you’re thinking of pnc just go somewhere better. if i could give less than one star i would

Both ATM’s don’t work. Wasted ten minutes of my time.
