A one star only bc I have to choose one. They SUCK! Always wait longer than 40 min in the bank bc everyone is busy standing around trying to make sure you have customer service but the teller windows are empty! So go to the ATM to deposit business money and ATM eats money and they won't make it right...don't bank here!!
ATM took my cash and said it wass retuing it , then said call customer service unable to complete transaction.....Said we were not able to credit the account for 10 days. 1785.00......... that's not customer service!!!@@ thats PNC service!!!!!@@

Este banco, pierde mucho porque cuando un cliente necesita un prestamos. Las exigencias de este banco son muy altas y aua clientes se ven wn la obligación de irse con otros bancos. Entiendo que deben mejorar esto
