The drive through was not working today. You would think they could have put a “Drive through closed” sign up stating such, or updated their auto attendant where it says “for branch location and hours, including drive-through hours press 1” to inform their customers. Poor communication.. where is management?
Muy mal servicio, no tienen personal, te dejan esperar por horas sabiendo que las cosas en este país soldé mueven velos mente, no se puede ir a sentar por tanto tiempo a perder tiempo, estoy por moverme de banco.
It drives me crazy that the ATM’s are constantly not working or out of money!!! I have contacted PNC Bank and complained about this so many times. There is no improvement. I waste so much time driving around to different ATM’s trying to get money out.
