I opened a new account over two weeks ago and still have not received my checks. Today I called and the person who answered the phone was very rude when I refused to give my whole SS#. Nobody asks for the entire number nowadays. I plan to close this account.

Worst bank I've been with. Charging me just to have an account with them after having one for years now. EMPLOYEES there deserve to be fired. They stole money from my family now and refuse to give it back. Scam artist got ahold of our money and bank has refused to try and get it back to us. They will just blame the issue on the customer.
Staffs are rude including managers. Think before you open business account, They have very poor customer services for business account. I end up closing account.
Just the worst bank. Every month I have a difficult time getting a little cash out. It's like they're annoyed that I'm not going 2 the ATM. The women who work this brancb are angry, unhappy & narcissistic. I was told that I was wrong. Of course they know what I'm experiencing!! So typical of narcissistics.
