You really need to fix your ATM. It is terribly slow. It should not take almost 5 minutes to do a deposit. Your ATM literally causes fights in the drive-through due to impatient customers.
I have PNC bank and this is by far the best location I've ever been too. In fact all other PNC locations I've been to have not been very good. This location has the qualities a bank should have, nothing less.
I opened a new account over two weeks ago and still have not received my checks. Today I called and the person who answered the phone was very rude when I refused to give my whole SS#. Nobody asks for the entire number nowadays. I plan to close this account.
