I will never return to the HICKORY Branch unless absolutely necessary. The amount of disrespect and rudeness I experienced on July 12, 2025, is unacceptable. I went in to exchange my leftover pesos for US Dollars. The first two ladies I spoke to were rude and dismissive. They looked at me like I was stupid when I explained my purpose. Checking account only, they do charge overdraft fees, they also will hold your money for 90 days if you have a fraudulent charge. Had a 950.00 charge and they refuse to give me my money back!!! Who has 90 days to wait on that much money!! 1800 number customer service is a joke at best. They are rude and will just hang up on you!! The women in the office are dolls and I just love them and hate this is the company they work for!! Will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!
