This bank is the worst bank ever
Always rude and dismissive. Like how dare I ask them to do their job.
Got a check from my employer and went to pnc bank to cash and they told me they would charge me 2.5% to cash it would not recommend this place to anyone

I will never return to the HICKORY Branch unless absolutely necessary. The amount of disrespect and rudeness I experienced on July 12, 2025, is unacceptable. I went in to exchange my leftover pesos for US Dollars. The first two ladies I spoke to were rude and dismissive. They looked at me like I was stupid when I explained my purpose.
