The customer service at this branch is awesome. Nice to see in today's world, I'd highly recommend them. Shout out to Stacey the branch manger!
need to have external bank account added to app; cannot get anyone to help with this; keep transferring the call and given a 20 minute wait; when accessed they transfer again. 5th time i have tried to make a payment.
I’ve been banking here for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s a fantastic experience every time. The staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely care about their customers. Service is always fast, professional, and goes above and beyond. There’s a real home-town feel here, you’re treated like a neighbor, not just a number. I wouldn’t trust my banking anywhere else but the PNC branch in Dexter, MI.
Amazing customer service! Becky was so kind and positive and Kristi was patient and attentive. Best bank experience ever. Thank you!
