I had an appointment at this branch yesterday at 4:30 PM. I was running late due to a meeting at work that lasted much longer than I had anticipated. The ladies behind the counter were extremely friendly and did not seem annoyed with the fact that I was 15 minutes late for my appointment, even though they were closing at 5:00 PM. Do not like this bank, there are better options, not competitive in any way, bank application can access your media folders.
Great place to bank, all the ladys there are wonderful and so helpful, always a great experience
I can not say enough about the Dexter PNC branch. By far the best service I have ever had at a bank, including other PNC branches. The branch manager Stacey Cappelli always goes above and beyond.
