need to have external bank account added to app; cannot get anyone to help with this; keep transferring the call and given a 20 minute wait; when accessed they transfer again. 5th time i have tried to make a payment.
I’ve been banking here for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s a fantastic experience every time. The staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely care about their customers. Service is always fast, professional, and goes above and beyond. There’s a real home-town feel here, you’re treated like a neighbor, not just a number. I wouldn’t trust my banking anywhere else but the PNC branch in Dexter, MI.

I don't understand why she had to call to verify the check even though I provided to peices of i.d. I'm not a member of the bank, but it was a check for $26. Had to wait for quite awhile for her to call and verify. Absolutely ridiculous. I wonder if had been dressed up and looked different, would it have been an issue?
