This is the worst bank. Getting rid of the actual tellers in the building is the worst decision ever. Can last Friday & the machine wouldn't take my cash. Can back today & it still wouldn't take all my cash. Now I have to drive out of my way to make a deposit. This is the worst bank ever. I'm closing my account & going to another bank that has actual tellers.
"Cashless Bank", A bank that doesn't accept federally recognized currency anymore. They just god rid of all the tellers and replaced them with an ATM. It's weird to still see every computer, desk, and cash drawer just abandoned. Aside from this branch, PNC continues to have consistent service issues as well no matter the location. It's as if banking is no longer their priority, just a chore they have to keep up on.
Let's not carry change/coin for small businesses at this location. Way to go PNC! Real smart. 9/27/24
Absolutely horrible bank. I will be switching no question. They went "cashless" about a year ago and that means the tellers don't deal with cash deposits. Seems fine as long as the ATM is working properly, however, it never ever ever is unless you need to deposit like a couple 100s and 20s. Never ever takes my 50s, spotty with my 10s and I don't even bother with 5s or 1s. Today I tried to deposit a large amount and it will only take half it.
