Nobody answers the phone when you call the bank, nor does it go to voicemail. How the heck are we supposed to talk to anyone at the bank? No tellers, now no phone service. Look for another bank to put your $.
This “bank” is useless. The ATM almost never works. There is no bank teller just loan sharks inside. Literally such an inconvenience every time. Really wish we had a functioning bank in town. PNC do better!
Bad experience with this bank. Needed a proof of funds letter for a cash house purchase. Teller refused to write the letter stating that we had enough funds to purchase a house costing “x” amount. She insisted on writing all of our private information in the letter with the full amount of our savings disclosed. The amount we had in the account was twice the amount of the purchase. Definitely never do a home loan with them. Even the simplest changes aren’t handled online — you can’t update payment details or adjust autopay digitally. Instead, you’re required to go into a branch and fill out physical forms. When you ask for help, you’re treated like an inconvenience. The entire process feels archaic, outdated, and unnecessarily frustrating.
