My whole family did all of our banking here. Now they have gotten rid of actual tellers. Everything is done by ATM or video teller. Most of the time the ATMs don’t work. Will be going with a credit union.
I used to love this bank. They got rid of all of the personal tellers and use video banking with people who don't even work inside. The ATM's never accept money. Always spit it back out. Can never make a deposit. Can't go inside and deposit money or withdrawal money. System's and networks are always down. Walk inside to withdrawal my money and close my account and a guy was standing at a podium. He stared at me blankly, and didn't seem interested or helpful whatsoever. I went there to withdraw money and all of the “video banking atms” were down and the manager came out and I asked her when will this be fixed? All of the atms are down. And her answer was I’m not sure and she wasn’t very nice about it.
Don't make a human error or they won't help you. It's not ok to be human and make an error
