I’ve never been to this Branch , but I wanted to leave feedback and the new update for the banking application. I hate it. It’s horrible. It takes way more clicks to get what you want done. The worst thing about it is, if you’re on your phone, you cannot leave a note or memo sending a Zelle payment. It lets you write the memo, but then I can’t get my keyboard to drop down to send after
Nobody answers the phone when you call the bank, nor does it go to voicemail. How the heck are we supposed to talk to anyone at the bank? No tellers, now no phone service.
