Definitely never do a home loan with them. Even the simplest changes aren’t handled online — you can’t update payment details or adjust autopay digitally. Instead, you’re required to go into a branch and fill out physical forms. When you ask for help, you’re treated like an inconvenience. The entire process feels archaic, outdated, and unnecessarily frustrating.
This “bank” doesn’t have tellers… they have an ATM but besides that does not deal with cash. How is this even considered a bank??? Had to go to Wixom PNC to make a withdrawal.
Charged me a monthly service fee, even though I have enough in my account where that shouldn't happen. lied to me about interest rates. Awful experience.
Honestly, one of the worst banks I’ve ever been to this precise location does not give an opportunity to actual speak to a human being. You have to go to the ATM and wait for a teller I was sitting in there for 20 minutes.

They misled customers with vague promises and conveniently withheld crucial details hidden in the fine print of their documentation.
