I only used this PNC branch for a safety deposit box while at UM but everyone I interacted with in setting up and using the box was very friendly and helpful!
I went to this branch to talk about a private money matter that was actually the result of a horrific event in my life. There was absolutely no privacy and they sat me NEXT TO another customer in this large quiet place to talk about my story to the banker, who sat next to another banker, so that everyone in the entire building could hear.
