I don’t bank here personally, but my job does so I’m here multiple times a week. I absolutely love my ladies at the bank!! (& Mark). Always the highlight of my work day!

Closed at 12:30 on Saturday before a Monday holiday even though the website and sign on the door says open until 1:00. Very inconvenient to wait until next werk.
So disappointed with my experience at PNC and the branch manager and I finally closed my account today. I work primarily with senior citizens in the amount of times they have their drive-through closed is ridiculous A lot of Seniors ration their energy And don’t expect to have to go into a branch and wait in line. The drive-through should not be closed during business hours ever I also don’t feel like the branch manager knows what’s going on with anything.
