My wife can never do anything here. They always say she doesn't look like her ID and don't let her cash checks or withdraw money. We never have problems anywhere else.
Horrible customer service. PNC should close this branch. This group does not want to help. Drive to another branch
Worst customer "service???" I've received in a long time at an establishment. First time AND LAST I will visit this branch. Tried to cash my paycheck (have no idea why my employer would have an account with them). Tried to charge me 2% to cash it cause I don't have an account???!!!! Told her give it back and I would go to branch where I live, they never tried to steal from me. If you're trying to get new accounts, it's better to have outstanding customer service.
