Always pleasant
Have been on hold for literally 30+ minutes waiting to speak to a representative. Horrible, horrible customer service for a branch when you can't get a human on the phone after waiting 30 minutes.

I’ve been banking at PNC for some time now and I am always happy with my experience when I leave. I was at the Jackson/Zeeb PNC yesterday and witnessed two customers being awful and rude to the workers. They were disrespectful and it was truly upsetting. Everyone is doing their best whether you’re short staffed or not and the workers were doing all they could to help satisfy everyone’s needs. Philip Mosby their Branch Manager is a wonderful human being who took care of me quickly, courteously and efficiently. I have had awful experiences at some other PNC bank branches and have honestly been so sick of PNC but dealing with Philip was a breath of fresh air and I truly want PNC to take note of what a great asset Philip is to their otherwise garbage company. I truly appreciated working with him and overall how quickly I was taken care of by the branch employees.
