Awesome customer service as always, Selena and Zadi, (I think I’m mis-spelling Zadi’s name), were both great — very friendly. I was in and out of there quick too. Ignore the 1-star review by Zachary Burlett below. Guy is most likely one of those entitled male Karens we have the joy of being around in society. Anyways, kudos to this branch of PNC, you guys rock!
Every time I have came to this location the bank teller who smells like a bottle of cologne Zadi whatever his name is. He always gives me problems with depositing my check, I always get access to my money after paying my fee. He tells me if the system allows it the bank will flag my account. It’s always something with him. Who hired him!? Seriously, this dude is a headache!
Always pleasant
Have been on hold for literally 30+ minutes waiting to speak to a representative. Horrible, horrible customer service for a branch when you can't get a human on the phone after waiting 30 minutes.
Erin, the Branch Manager, has been extremely helpful, professional, and an exceptional person helping me with my banking needs!!!
