This is the worst bank and the worst branch I've ever dealt with. I left years ago because of their lack of branches (they closed them all) but mostly due to their astronomical fees. My 86 year old mom continues to bank with them so I'm forced to still deal with them. All of my mom's accounts are in the family trust name and she has a lot of automatic payments therefore she thinks it's too hard to switch.
