I am just about as angry with a company as I can be right now. I needed to speak to a customer service representative so I called the number on the back of my card. After chosing from among the first 10 options and then chosing from the next 5 the recording asked me to enter my user ID. Well I don't call that often so I tried a few that it could be and none were correct. There was no option if you forgot your ID.
