Ricardo in this bank at the Carlisle Pike Branch literally treated me less than human, he also told a big lie about why they could not give me my money whenever i need, it. I was encouraged to close my account after 16 years of banking with PNC. Of course I will close my business with PNC for life.
One teller told me Wasn't permitted to do a transaction that you there tellers, other branches, and other Banks allow me to do regularly. The manager began to tell me she wasn't suppose to do it. A very frustrating experience. Also, I heard the manager saying disparaging things about Bitcoin too as if it s a fad. I'm NT sure what the purpose of them giving me the hassle. It certainly isn't that the transaction I was trying to do it s banking taboo. I did ho to another branch and they processed it, no issues.
