Horrible horrible horrible, I’m not surprised that location is about to shutdown. From the branch banker KATHLEEN DODGE to teller’s unprofessional conduct and behavior disrespectful even after you scheduled for an appointment and you walk in no one will come to welcome you or to asked you a word and they’ll ignore you and call in whoever they feel like knowing they don’t have an appointment. You must be ashamed of yourselves.
I do not recommend this branch- ATM only and even then I do not feel secure with the main street exposure. I stopped in for some checks and was notified that I required an appointment to update my information- which is not true (it is much easier to call and update.) The teller line was quite slow and there was one lady stocking pens and printing just floating around. I later found out this was Kathie the lady I was supposed to be meeting with. I called the first time and a Susie picked up but upon explaining my situation sh... read more

The PNC Bank located on Main Street Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania has been my bank for many years. On Thursday February 29 2024 I had an appointment with Christine to help me resolve issues on my account. Again and again I chose this bank and Christine.. She always helps put my mind at ease when I need assistance. Christine goes above and beyond to explain and get the problems completed accurately and timely. Thank you Christine and PNC Bank for your customer service and support for me . Many kudos!! 👏 🏦 💵
