PNC is up there with two NJ/NY banks, Chase and Capital One. I have no complaints. They offer two savings accounts for both short term and long term savings. If you are over 62, your account gets no monthly charge. I think it is a wonderful bank and I never had any problems. I went in to get a check printed as I never use checks and needed one and they were so nice to me.
