Why do you only have 2 people working here on a Monday?! Longest line for service that I’ve ever seen. If you can’t afford to pay more people to work as a bank, you shouldn’t exist.
whoever was working the drive through on 5/26 at 1130 to 1 desperately needs to learn and understand what speed of service is her average speed when dealing with any vehicle was roughly 30 minutes, for me it was about 38. With me being the 4th car in line and another 6 behind me, it would take almost her entire shift just to get through those cars.
