Had to wait over an hour for an appointment that was made in advanced. Place over all seems extremely disorganized. Interior was unclean and rundown. Worst banking website/app I've seen in a decade. Statements and other documents regularly don't appear online when they should. Basic accounts are loaded with surprise fees. Calling into customer service is a waste of time if you have more than a basic question.
When I come in to make a deposit, passively aggressively asking if I have a debit card because "You know, you could have made this deposit at an ATM" is not acceptable. I could have. I also could have deposited it into a different bank altogether.
