Stupid customer service, and stupid bank
Great bank, but there is no location in Altoona. Closest walk in services are 42min away in State College.
It took almost 40 minutes to open up a checking account for my son - I was already an account holder - most of the time was him just repeating his script and really not providing any real information - then, you still have to go home and set up your online banking yourself .... which didn't work, so then I ended up talking with tech support for another 40 minutes (hung up on once, waited on hold for 15 minutes).
