Multiple bad experiences over the years. Every visit where you need to see a banker has taken literally multiple visits and hours. Information about complex banking issues have almost always been relayed to me incorrectly. Since they will not allow you to do your own wires over $25K, I had to go to the branch and it took over 30 minutes for them to do a simple wire.

Garbage bank with useless and rude staff
PNC Bank’s student accounts are helpful but lack support for international students, requiring U.S. addresses. Staff are not friendly and flexible in this issue. The staff insisted to have guardians US address and mobile phone which international students will encounter this problem. Email will be more than enough for communication. The staff are really not friendly and not flexible at all!!
