Worst bank I've ever dealt with and to be fair it's not limited to this particular branch. PNC in general appears to be an oasis for DEI where incompetent, poorly trained staff is the norm. Their online banking is unreliable and should you call customer service, count on getting passed off to incrementally less competent people who are incapable of assisting you.

A week ago, my PNC account was suspended. I had been talking to someone online, and this person committed fraud against me n my bank account. I called pnc customer service support to see why my atm card n online access was denied. Nobody at pnc called me about this. I spoke to the fraud department and told them everything. I was even denied to withdraw my money at the pnc bank branch Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania. They wouldn't even let me withdraw 50 dollars. I had no cash on me, no use of atm card. I visited to obtain a replacement card. The service here was prompt, and Courage Walker provided exceptional assistance, exceeding expectations. I believe a raise is well-deserved.

Literally standing in line while 2 employees stare at the empty counter with me and the other customers and doing absolutely nothing. The man with the glasses is literally just making sure his chair doesn't float away and the woman from the office is just making laps back and forth looking like she is completely lost. I sure one of these individuals is trained enough to assist with the giant line reaching the door.......
