Worst bank I ever dealt with and not limited to this branch. PNC Bank appears to be an oasis where the incompetent and poorly trained can thrive. Online banking is unreliable and should you call customer service to get things corrected you'll be passed off to incrementally less competent people incapable of assisting you.
I would give 0 if I can . My mom is in overdraft , she is in italy and she sent me to deposit money to cover the overdraft. They don't allow me to deposit because I am not a customer and she will pay daily interest fee for all 2 months that she is in italy . That it is redicolous

The worst bank ever to exist. Customer service is nonexistent, the level of incompetence is astounding. I’m speaking on PNC Bank as a whole, not just this branch. Not even deserving of one star.
Terrible. No wonder they have like a 2 star rating.
