Worst worst and worst.
I love PNC and have used them for years, but the atm at this one always has issues. About 3/4 times I go it’s either broken or not accepting cash deposits. And the inside one is the same. The employees inside are nice, but it would be extremely helpful if the atms were actually functioning
Worst bank I've ever dealt with and to be fair it's not limited to this particular branch. PNC in general appears to be an oasis for DEI where incompetent, poorly trained staff is the norm. Their online banking is unreliable and should you call customer service, count on getting passed off to incrementally less competent people who are incapable of assisting you.
A week ago, my PNC account was suspended. I had been talking to someone online, and this person committed fraud against me n my bank account. I called pnc customer service support to see why my atm card n online access was denied. Nobody at pnc called me about this. I spoke to the fraud department and told them everything. I was even denied to withdraw my money at the pnc bank branch Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania. They wouldn't even let me withdraw 50 dollars. I had no cash on me, no use of atm card.
