Was quite surprised to see such low ratings for a PNC branch. The reason you bank with PNC is because of their staff at the branches. Their digital services are 20th century but service is great and everything is simple and as expected. Two trips here and was told on both occasions to go to another branch or come back later. The teller was busy and other bankers don't step in even when they are free.
Worst bank I've ever worked with. Don't bother.
