This bank partners with a crooked ** ARISTOCRAT TOWING SERVICE** BEWARE! We used the prking lot during shamrock run on a saturday for an hour run with our children since there are no available parking anywhere. We figured the bank is closed and will be back for an hour but this crooked towing company towed everyone! Like everyone! Talk about giving a bad luck on Shamrock run. I understand $30 $50 on a first offense but ARISTOCRAT TOWING COMPANY charged everyone $200 plus $20 VIRGINIA BEACH GAS SURCHARGE! These guys get away ... read more

Rude. I’m contacting customer service to report it. My brief interaction felt rather racist and it was unwarranted unnecessary and this isn’t how you treat an actual customer.
The staff in this branch went above and beyond to help our family. We happened upon this branch by chance and all three staff members were fantastic! The branch manager handled an extremely difficult situation with confidence and ease.
