Noah was helpfull and talented guy
They removed human tellers making this place worthless to me. They constantly charge service fees on my business account. Firing them.
I was quite worried about visiting because of the poor Google ratings and reviews. However, I was greeted very kindly from the front desk, and it took almost no time to meet with a banker. The banker who assisted me, Nawaf Afzahrani, was extremely friendly and did his best to help me complete the banking tasks I was unfamiliar with from start to finish.
Waited 40+ minutes to close my account after being told by Julia Laird at the front desk it would take 15 to be seen by someone. After 40+ minutes of waiting with no other people in the waiting area, she took me back herself and closed it for me in 5 minutes. She can see the front door. I could see bankers on their computers working while customers wait. Ridiculous.
