Terrible service.
Very unsatisfied with this branch. Their new machine ate my $30 out of $400. They didn't count it before putting inside the machine nor they could retrieve my bills. The sole purpose of a bank is to secure your money and it looks like they just do the opposite.
I had the worst experience at this branch. I am not a customer, but I had a checked on their bank. After being there 20 minutes, he decided to tell me there’s a 2% charge and it will cost me $100 to cash my check. That’s totally ridiculous. It was from Progressive Insurance. I had all the documentation from my car being totaled. The $$ was for a new vehicle. This so-called teller also told me if I wanted a bank check. I couldn’t have one because I’m not a customer.
