Very unsatisfied with this branch. Their new machine ate my $30 out of $400. They didn't count it before putting inside the machine nor they could retrieve my bills. The sole purpose of a bank is to secure your money and it looks like they just do the opposite.
I had the worst experience at this branch. I am not a customer, but I had a checked on their bank. After being there 20 minutes, he decided to tell me there’s a 2% charge and it will cost me $100 to cash my check. That’s totally ridiculous. It was from Progressive Insurance. I had all the documentation from my car being totaled. The $$ was for a new vehicle. This so-called teller also told me if I wanted a bank check. I couldn’t have one because I’m not a customer. Horrible customer service!! Sat in drive thru line for over 20 minutes then go in asked what I needed said just a deposit get my wallet out and was told rudely it would be awhile cuz someone was in front of me but I had no idea. Banker was super rude to me about it. I wouldn’t go inside this branch again I’ve never been so disappointed and been treated so rude by someone.
Have been banking at this location since it was National City Bank. Have always been treated with respect. They have always been professional, friendly, and engaging.
Nice people but not a bank for business folks. I've been with PNC since the beginning and run a successful business. When the downtown branch closed and Ray retired the branches quit on their business customers. I'm sure they're fine for personal accounts but I'm going to have to find another bank that still works with businesses handling checks. As of today my business of thirty years with funds on deposit is left using a strip mall check cashing place just to handle a routine certified check transaction. SMH
