Terrible. One employee in the parking lot, said manager was running late. Manager late with a Starbucks card in her hand. Opening 15 min late.
Shoutout to Ms.kim she is amazing and very helpful and takes her time.
Horrible service. Required 2 id's before even asking if I had an account. Sabrina at the front is the worst lekker ever.
The staff constantly changes, I can have the same question for different representatives and get completely different answers. The customer service I’ve received on the main customer service line is atrocious. I’m definitely closing my accounts.
