The service attitude of this bank is very poor, very unfriendly and impatient
This is the most incompetent bank. I've ever worked with. My account was supposed to be closed over a month ago and yet they're still charging me merchant fees and over draft fees and keep coming up with. New fees instead of just closing the account when I called to talk to the business representative. He just hung up on me. Do not use this bank.
Staff is super helpful & nice. Great place to bank for personal or for business. Treat you like family & offer great banking products.
I was in a pickle when I travelled to SC for a weekend and things went wrong. I have met and interacted with so many wonderful southern people who tried their best to help me. From this branch, and generally, from the region, Matthew Townsend was one of them. He is a loan officer for this branch and really cared about helping me, definitely tried his best though unsuccessfully. Denied a check made out to me, deposited by me through the atm. Currently on day 3 of trying to call and speak with someone but the phone rings to no end. Hoping someone sees this and calls me to fix this.
