John is the best!! I hate banks and banking as a concept but John made it quick, easy, and was fun to talk to.
I had a fraud emergency on my account and needed to set up a new account and card in order to access my funds (mind you this person stole over $1k from my account). After tirelessly calling the nearest PNC branches near me, I decided to call here and see what would happen. I forget the gentleman’s name, but he truly saved my day. The service attitude of this bank is very poor, very unfriendly and impatient
This is the most incompetent bank. I've ever worked with. My account was supposed to be closed over a month ago and yet they're still charging me merchant fees and over draft fees and keep coming up with. New fees instead of just closing the account when I called to talk to the business representative. He just hung up on me. Do not use this bank.
Staff is super helpful & nice. Great place to bank for personal or for business. Treat you like family & offer great banking products.
