This is my favorite bank. The tellers are extremely nice. They go above and beyond what is asked, and I couldn’t appreciate them more.

This bank is terrible—constantly nickel-and-diming customers with outrageous fees. The service is consistently poor, and the overall experience is frustrating from start to finish. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Poor customer service & this started during covid so I'm surprised l stayed with them 5yrs. after.
