I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this PNC branch. I called ahead because I needed a new debit card printed. I explained that I was driving 30 minutes from Ravenna and asked if they could help me. I was told to "come on in," so I left immediately. After driving all that way, I arrived only to be told that the employee who prints the cards had just left for lunch even though I had specifically said on the phone that I was on my way. If they knew she was leaving, they should have told me before I made the trip.... read more
This is my favorite bank. The tellers are extremely nice. They go above and beyond what is asked, and I couldn’t appreciate them more.
