It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t received a replacement for my lost debit card in the mail. Visited the branch today to have a card print d and I waited nearly an hour to be helped. Staff was unpleasant and unwelcoming. Will be closing this account and sticking with credit unions.

This branch would not care for you but only you have to offer them. You bring funds into the brand get ready to be “butter up” and pressure in on. The manager is not polite at all and would be uncaring and rash. Teller is not helpful and said that would not take my phone message because the drive thru line was too long👀. So go to another branch.

9/24/25 I came in with a problem with my bank account being put on hold. Alexis was able to help me resolve the issue right away. She was very nice and professional I really appreciated her help.

My partner and I had a quick and super easy visit here! We were warmly welcomed and promptly directed where we needed to be as soon as we entered. Tina was amazing to work with and answered all our questions and got us exactly we needed! She also had great advice for my partner and I about living in the area which is always welcome. I give her 10s across the board and all the stars!!
