Friday evening, near closing. Two women walking around trying to appear helpful and/or busy. Failing at both. One man working as a teller. It takes him five minutes per customer on the first three in the line of seven ahead of me. The two women just sat down at two different desk and computers. Don't come inside this branch unless absolutely necessary.

I went into the bank to open a new checking and savings account. The bank teller seemed suspicious and said she would have to ask if they can do that. The teller and banker whispered together for 2 to 3 minutes and then teller said the banker would be with me in 10 to 15 minutes. There were no other customers. So then the banker was very cautious in speaking and requested my car registration as my secondary ID. I told her I didn't have that and why would I need my car registration to open an account? This place needs better employees, and customer service. Spent 2 and a half hours of my life waiting for nothing. I haven’t even been a member a month and I’m already ready to close all accounts. This will be my last interaction with this bank fortunately I will be closing all accounts ASAP. Sharon Green was the only highlight of this experience. PNC is lucky to have her.
