Great service!
I just stopped in to change my name and get a new debit card. Everyone was friendly and helpful, particularly the banker I was working with, Sharon.
I believe I was racial profiled, I started working at a new job and PNC is the logo on my first check. The teller told me that something was wrong with my check and I need to go back to my employer to get a new one. Was angry, held up, but I'm the end I was helped, realized I had a really e check and was finally helped the way a true customer would be helped. Thank God I did have direct deposit set up so I don't have to visit PNC in the future, what a bad experience for me.
