I bank with 3 separate banks, PNC being my first and longest used bank. After 15+ years I am leaving them. There has been so many headaches and complications from my local branch all the way to nationwide personnel. The only reason I’ve tolerated this bank for the last few years is because of their manager at this branch, Aaron, who is amazing. Other than that, at every level, PNC has been more than a hassle. Take your business anywhere else, especially if you have a business to run.
I visited this branch today for the first time, both here and in a PNC location. Aarin and staff were so kind and friendly. So glad I switched to this bank. Thank you, staff. And a special THANK YOU to Aarin. Please give her praise, a raise or both. Thank you!
