Everyone here is amazing! So helpful, friendly and great at explaining things. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to talk to a personal banker. I am grateful to live so close to the best PNC branch I’ve ever been to.
The Massillon Rd PNC is top notch. The customer service, friendly knowledgeable staff and short wait times can't be beat. A+
So when you go there having an account with them to cash a check from someone else that has a check of theirs you can't get cash for it now. So they are the only bank I the world that won't cash their own checks. Bye. Finding another bank.
They do not have enough active tellers. Someone hire them some help please.
