If you work and are expecting convenience from this bank, in my opinion, I would not suggest going to this particular branch. It shut down all drive thru lanes so you have to go inside. They have no access from the main road. Waiting inside in line is not an advantage.
37 minutes to cash a check, no manager on premises, needed to renew a debit card they said i would have to come back tommorow, no drive through window, when they cashed my check they had no big bills. NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION
The PNC on Roosevelt is terrible! No drive-thru. The other clerk wouldn't open up saying she couldn't log on. Just awful customer service... Service has now improved greatly.
I am very annoyed that one of the tellers told me that if I deposited my check this Friday that it would not be available until Monday/Tuesday because of Veterans Day. Come to find out that is untrue. This branch is ridiculous and needs to get it together.
A very understanding bank and always made things super easy! The virtual wallet option is amazing.
