I went to PNC Bank and the bank employees told me to come at 10:30. I came and waited until 11. They said they didn't have time. I decided to never come to this bank again.
Every time I come to this branch I'm greeted with a friendly smile and the staff genuinely seems to like working here!
I been coming to this bank for office needs for 12 years. The tellers all rock.. they always have a kind smile and a nice hello.. they are always eager to help and at times they have been understaffed when i was being serviced there but they never got flustered or rude. They stayed steadfast and thorough and efficient.. Thank you ladies for all the kindness and great service.
