I am on a joint account with my mother who is recently deceased. All the tellers at this branch have been very friendly and helpful with everything I have needed. But let me tell you about the best thing about this branch. Adriana Cornwell one of the bankers. She is awesome!! She helped me so much and has made me a Pnc Account holder for life. It’s like dealing with a friend. I can’t say enough great things about her. A true asset to Pnc. She really took the time to help me. Thank you Adriana!!! This whole branch is great.
These people shouldn’t work in a bank and have access to to people’s life savings think twice
Visited this branch for 2 things today, arrived @11 didn’t leave until after 1pm and didn’t get anything accomplished. They are making mistakes on credit application costing you time and money and possibly a hit to your credit score , then when you ask for a district mangers phone number they give you the branch manger Sarah’s number and she acts like she wasn’t there and doesn’t know what happened and I’m still waiting for a call back . They are incompetent.
Can you please train your tellers better. I should not have to explain basic practices EVERY WEEK when I come in and do the exact same transactions. And please for the love of all things simple, if you're going to send the deposit slip out to me to initial then EVERY TELLER should do it. Waste more gas explaining things to your tellers than it's worth. The drive through is for elderly, handicapped and expedited transactions. Make it make sense!
