Be careful when making cash deposits at the Graham Rd Cuy Falls branch. When my deposit posted, 2 days later, it was short. Called for investigation and was told no discrepancy. And of course I could not find my deposit slip. Asked to have camera audio checked because I had told the teller the amount of the deposit. Was told system has no audio available. Was told I need to file police report and go to court for subpoena to get a copy of investigation findings. Been with PNC as long as they have been around.
Made a deposit in drive thru and was on my way!
