To actually get your banking done visit any other branch. The Tallmadge branch would not deposit my Fidelity brokerage check. The Hartville branch had no problem.
John Lemmon is very unhelpful. If you are looking for great customer service do not go to the Tallmadge location. Cuyahoga Falls or Stow are both very helpful and friendly.
