Not very happy with the service my wife and I received. We got signed up for the Virtual Wallet program which wasn't what we wanted, but was so convoluted we didn't realize it.
ATM doesn't work no signs to say as such either.
If a zero star rating were possible, that's the rating this branch would receive! What SHOULD have been a normal banking experience turned into the most uncomfortable and ackward scenario once I spoke to a manager named Erica Howard. Apparently, Erica Howard feels the need to express her own religious beliefs to her staff and customers on a continuous basis.
