PNC bank is awful. Had a mortgage through them. Always paid on time, paid my mortgage off years early in Jan 2024. Took PNC a couple weeks to mail info and process the final payment. They actually reported me to a credit bureau in Feb, after mortgage pay off in Jan, because the Jan payment was considered late, due to thier snail mailing processing time. This PNC location is so much better on their friendliness and customer service than the 6th Avenue location in Decatur! That's refreshing in this day and age!
I am so pleased with my visit at Hartselle PNC. I would like to give a shout out to Amy Bates, she helped me tremendously yesterday and didn’t just try to sell me a loan or credit card. She tried to HELP me! I actually do not use PNC for my normal banking, but after my interaction with Mrs.Bates I will be using PNC in the future and will be going to her for different needs other than just a basic checking account.
