Incompetent workers, the ATM took my debit card after trying to make a deposit and they could not retrieve it. Instead of printing me a new one they disclosed they do not have the machine to do so, resulting me having to drive 20 minutes to another branch in Anderson. I wish I never would’ve came in the first place
I am working out of state here in Alexandria. I appreciate the level of detail the teller took to verify my identity prior to accessing my account. Fraud and identity protection is the primary reason why I use PNC. The friendly staff is also a plus!
