Always been a good bank to me never had any problems with it
Wish i could give them zero stars. Greedy bank that charges to cash payroll checks drawn off of their bank. Basically scumbags.
Hands-down worst regional bank in Springfield ran and operated by Con Artists. Tellers were nice I would highly recommend taking all of your money to a local bank with people who actually live in and work in your community.
Going to have the lobby open but by appointment only even tho it says on the door your open just require a mask. Waiting on my new card in mail so I have to see a teller. And I don’t drive so I’m not standing in a drive up ( safety issue) told them this they didn’t care. Exactly why I’m closing my account
