Beware of changing interest rates... We first deposited some money at National City in response to an advertisement promising higher interest rates. Unfortunately, as soon as the promotional period ended, the interest rate on our money dropped significantly. They were very good about giving us a higher interest rate when we called to inquire about it; however, without the call, we would never have gotten the higher rate.
