Drive thru is open and people are working but the bank can’t do anything? They can’t work on deposits? What is the point of people being there? Also who do I speak with about the fact that every bank has been moved to only ONE SIDE OF TOWN?!? Screw the north Enders right? The tellers are nice but the company is run by rejects. Will be in to close my account this week which is sad because I’ve had PNC for over 15 years
Dani is Awesome. She always makes me feel like family when I walk into the bank.
Called 8 times today, stayed on the line 15-20 mins each while it just rang and rang. Nothing.
Dani is one phenomenal banker. Every time I visit the bank she’s a ray of sunshine. She knows her job well and always professional.PNC done a great job with adding Dani to their team.
