I went in there today with my son to cash in some bonds and Joel helped us and he was super friendly and helpful! He explained the process would take about 15 minutes so we had a seat and when we were waiting a nice man and lady during this time asked if we needed any water or anything while we waited. I am glad to announce that the PNC in Hartville has made some positive changes. They have gone back to some of their old ways, making it a positive change. They will make some old and new customers happy with these changes, and if you have not been in there for a while, I encourage you to go in and see for yourself. Way to go, Hartville PNC!!!
I don't understand how you can get rid of tellers and make me use an automated system that is absolutely trash! As soon as I pay off my HELOC loan I will be changing Banks and I've been with you guys for 15 to 20 years! I'm glad you halted your other locations but you need to put this one back to the way it was

No tellers only a computer screen, had to go to North Canton for the level of service I needed. They may as well not exist. I will be changing banks.
